What we collect
- Browsing. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve and protect the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. We have not enabled Google advertising features. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
- Purchases. If you buy a report, the payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details. We receive your name, email and the loan details you enter, and use them only to produce and deliver your report and to provide support.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond to you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information or share your loan details with lenders.
- We don't publish borrower names or addresses from SBA records.
